On-Demand Technician I

 
1. Scheduling
Scheduling for the On-demand Study Technician will be scheduled in 4 hour increments and may be scheduled with as little as fourteen (14) working days’ notice.
 
2. Venue details, notes and information
Will be sent following receipt of a purchase order number.  
 
3. Supplies and Uniforms
All required supplies and uniforms will be provided by the Customer, including required PPE as required.

 

4. Occupational Health
Any Customer required Occupational Health clearances required outside of Charles River standard clearances, include baseline physical exam, and allergen questionnaire, respirator fit test, will be billed to the Customer.

 

5. Biosecurity
Customer will inform Charles River of any biosecurity clearance requirements at the time of registration.

 

6. Payment
Full payment or a valid purchase order number is required at the time of registration to guarantee the place/s. 
 
7. Invoicing
Your invoice will be sent to the address provided in your contract, unless otherwise specified.
 
8. Contact
Correspondence will be sent to the registration email address, unless otherwise specified.
 
9. Changes
Any changes to a registration must be made to a Charles River Insourcing Solutions administrator via email, we will acknowledge and send confirmation of this change. 
 
10. Cancellation
The following charges apply:

• Cancellation with over 14 working days’ notice:  no charge
• Cancellation with 10 working days’ notice:  25% of 4 hour increment
• Cancellation within 3-5 working days; of scheduled date:  50% of 4 hour increment
• Cancellation with less than 3 working days’ notice of scheduled date:  75% of 4 hour increment
