Are you a new supervisor, or aspiring to become one? Join us for Leadership 101: Charting Your Course on at the Charles River Campus facility in Frederick, Maryland!

This two day workshop focuses on a wide variety of topics and issues that face new leaders, such as:

  • Good Management Skills
  • Motivating Employees
  • Time Management
  • Team Building
  • ...and so much more!

You will hear from passionate experts, will build a network with these experts and growing leaders just like you, as well as leave with plenty of ready-to-use resources to take with you on your leadership journey!

Breakfast and lunch provided. Additional details regarding location, directions and travel logistics will be provided upon confirmation of registration. Please note that your supervisor's approval is required and is responsible for securing any travel expenses.

Seats are limited, but additional interested employees will be placed on a wait list and notified as soon as possible in the event that a registered participant cannot attend.
